March 19, 2025 - Winnipeg, Manitoba - The Honourable Terry Duguid, Minister of Environment and Climate Change, on behalf of the Honourable Chrystia Freeland, Minister of Transport and Internal Trade, will announce federal funding for Arctic Gateway Group, owner of the Hudson Bay Railway.
