Police pounce on brother of dead druglord

Mexico police have arrested another top member of the Beltran Levya drug cartel.

Carlos Beltran Levya was captured by federal police during last week in Culiacan, capital of the northern state of Sinaloa.

Two weeks ago, police killed his brother, Arturo Beltran Levya, the reputed cartel leader, in a shootout.

The two men and three brothers founded the cartel.
