I believe your right GWBush and DCheney deserve a stay in an America court right after an impeachment hearing.
Note an American court if it can be proven they violated our Constitution!

Events! begining in Jan. 2001, of the bush administration...

... , are what have convinced me that the ICC is the appropriate place for an Honest Trial.

Two major reasons; 'Contamination', of Our Federal Courts, and the Attorney General’s Office.

Secondly, War Crimes are the Major/Majority of Crimes.

Because Our legal system has not lifted the tiniest finger to uphold Our Constitution for 7 + years, and the 'violations' have been supported in Our Courts, there is no way the 'victims' will receive a fair prosecution effort. Victims world wide and including the US Citizens I count as Victims also!

There are Crimes that should be brought in the US Courts, and after a period of rehabilitation Our Courts will do fine with. I believe it will take about three to four years for the ICC to complete the War Crimes Trials, and by then Our Courts will be able to be fair once again. Crimes like the abuse of Our Government Office in the single sourcing of contracts that are required by law to be competitively bid! There is a string of people that must be brought to Justice for those crimes. I believe only one person resigned, and she was prosecuted or threatened to prevent her being 'heard’about the wrong doing going on!

The Department of Justice needs a thorough house cleaning prior to any trials regarding the crimes of the lil bush administration.

These are the core reasons of my position for the ICC Trials.

By declaring what you have declared you will have denied him HIS rights that in effect makes you a facist and no better then what you claim you don’t like about the Bush gang.

I also believe the entire Congress, Senate, and Supreme court need a complete vetting to ensure they still have the peoples best interests at heart.
If they are found to be beholden to foreign powers or criminal organisations they should be immediately thrown out of office.

Per se Murdering an Iraqi in Iraq is not a violation of the US CONSTITUTION covering murder. Doing so may well violate other laws in the Constitution, and they most likely will be lesser crimes, and should be placed behind the war crimes of murder.

There is a very strong argument that the unsigning of the ICC TREATY was an act of conspiracy to prevent his own prosecution, thereby nullifying the unsigning. So the New President could can arrest the gang, pack the gang off to ICC, submit the Treaty to Congress for ratification.

Or, simply send the gang off to ICC a FORMAL Iraqi War Crimes Tribunal is commissioned. In all likelihood such a Tribunal would be authorized at the request of the US President, or a concurrence to an Iraqi Request.

There are two members of the gang that now sit on Our Supreme Court. There are more members of the gang that sit in the Appeals Courts, and there are more that sit on the Federal Benches. More gang members are part of the staff of the Department of Justice.
