Rollin Stanley takes planning job in Canada

Rollin Stanley , who resigned last week as director of the Montgomery County Planning Department, will head the Planning, Development and Assessment Department for Calgary, Alberta -- Canada's third-largest city. According to Montgomery County, Stanley was recruited for the Calgary job last winter. He had interviewed for a different job there several years ago.
